I have been working with Tibetan massage Ku-Nye since 2015. It is a deeply relaxing massage, especially recommended in case of physical and emotional fatigue, anxiety, insomnia. After a Ku-Nye massage person leaves with a smile on his face – after all, it’s a wonderful feeling when you are not weighed down by worries and tension, when you feel full of strength and with balanced energy again.
In Tibetan medicine, the relationship between the person and the massage therapist is very important. When person trusts massage therapist, then it is experienced deeper emotional healing and relaxation. Personally, it is very important for me that people would feel that I care about them, so I welcome them with the warmth of my heart.

About the institute of Tibetan medicine
Since 2014 I am studying traditional Tibetan medicine in the Shang Shung Institute with teacher Phuntsog Wangmo. Teacher is a great source of inspiration for me and an example of a Human, Teacher, Healer. Many times I could observe the dedication of my teacher to her path and to the people she meets, helps, teaches and heals. I am very happy to have the opportunity to study with teacher in the Shang Shung Institute. I would like to share with you the vision and mission of the institute: It is our mission to share the legacy of traditional Tibetan Medicine worldwide, promoting its practice for the benefit of all people today and in our future. Now is an exciting time for the flourishing of traditional medical sciences in the modern world.
